I am based in Wiltshire, however currently only offer online and telephone sessions. The sessions are only available on Saturday or Sunday Mornings between 8.00am to 1.00pm.
When having an online session, we can have a session through FaceTime, WhatsApp Video Call or you will be sent a meeting link to be able to access your session.

Price per session is £65. I also do bundle prices for 6 sessions and for 10 sessions. If you are interested in a bundle of sessions, please contact me for the prices.
How Long Does The Session Last For?
Each session lasts 50 minutes.
The length of time you work with me can either be for a short term, such as a period of 6-12 sessions; longer term which would be up to 24 sessions; or open ended. We can regularly review and reflect on how the counselling work is being experienced by you.
Lisa listened and respected my opinion. She understood my frustration, and could see between the lines of how I was actually feeling or doing. She was great at making me feel at ease and coming into a safe place. I also found it helpful that she understood my quirks but also how I'd put things in pictures and would often use a picture to match up what was going on in my thought process.
